Routes calls by a specified date range or time frame
How it Works
By selecting a date range or time frame, users configure where they would like their calls routed to during the selected dates and times.
Custom Call Routing Date and Time enables users to control where their calls are routed to if they are not in the office during a specific period of time so that they never miss an important call.
