Places calls in a queue to be picked up later
How it Works
While on an active call, users place calls in a queue by dialing *88. An automated message will indicate where the call is parked. Users retrieve parked calls by dialing the number where the call is parked at.
Dynamic Call Park is an easy way to prioritize active calls by allowing users to park a call in a queue so that their phone is available to place or receive another call. Dynamic Call Park also ensures parked calls are not lost and are available for later retrieval.
