Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay by credit card, ACH, or check. We also have a convenient autopay option. To pay by credit card, log in to My Account and choose Make a Payment under the My Billing menu. Remember that you can always use your registered phone number as your username and your account number as your password to gain access to My Account.

Q: Where do I go if I have questions about my bill?

Q: Will I be charged for incoming calls from anywhere in the world?
A:

Incoming calls to regular landline telephone numbers, or Direct Inward Dial numbers (DIDs) are included in the plan. Incoming calls to toll free telephone Numbers (TFNs) will be charged based at your toll free rate. To learn more about our toll free plans, click here.
