Your ImpactConnect Hosted Fax username is your ImpactConnect Hosted Fax number and your default password is the last 4 digits of your ImpactConnect Hosted Fax number. This information was included in your ImpactConnect Hosted Fax welcome email.

Yes, you can include custom cover pages to personalize your faxes by entering "--no_cover_page" in the subject line of the outbound fax email you are sending and attaching the custom fax cover page as a .pdf. Visit our Guide here.

You can easily manage your faxes in the ImpactConnect Hosted Fax portal or you can manage them via your email. The ImpactConnect Hosted Fax portal enables you to manage your faxes via the web. Visit our Guide here.

Q: How do I forward a fax?
A:

You can forward inbound faxes in the ImpactConnect Hosted Fax portal by selecting a fax from the Dashboard or Faxes tab and clicking or tapping the Forward Fax button. After the dialogue box appears, enter a subscriber to forward the fax to and then forward your fax. Forwarded faxes count towards your outbound fax limit. Visit our Guide here.



Inbound faxes received via email can be forwarded to another email address as regular emails with the fax attachment.

Q: How do I delete a fax?

You can delete a fax via the ImpactConnect Hosted Fax portal. Click or tap the red delete button next to a selected fax.

You will not be asked to confirm whether or not you want to delete the fax. Once a fax is deleted, you will be unable to retrieve it again. Visit our Guide here.
