Yes, your business-class phones will arrive configured, tested, and active on the ImpactConnect Hosted PBX service. Your numbers will not have been ported, yet, but if you have new numbers associated with your ImpactConnect Hosted PBX service they will already be active when your business-class phones arrive.

Q: Will Lingo send someone to my locations to install my business-class phones and ImpactConnect Hosted PBX and ImpactConnect Hosted PBX service?

Standard installation of the ImpactConnect Hosted PBX service is done remotely with an Lingo technician on the phone guiding your installation and testing. If you want an installation with an onsite technician, you can ask for assistance at the time of ordering your service.

Q: Can I start using my ImpactConnect Hosted PBX service and business-class phones as soon as I receive them?

Yes, you can start using your ImpactConnect Hosted PBX service right away. If you are waiting for your telephone numbers to port, you can use your system for outbound dialing until the port process is complete.

Q: How long after receiving my business-class phones and installing my ImpactConnect Hosted PBX service should I expect before my existing telephone numbers port?
A:

Typically, it will take from 2 to 10 days from the time you receive the equipment to the port completion date.

Q: When does my service term start?
A:

Your service term begins on the day you have your standard installation call with the Lingo Service Delivery Team.
