The ImpactConnect Hosted PBX portal allows you to remotely manage your ImpactConnect Hosted PBX service. Each ImpactConnect Hosted PBX account has an administrator role through which you can administer the complete ImpactConnect Hosted PBX service. The administrator account can also enable and disable individual ImpactConnect Hosted PBX service users' portal access. Go to the portal now.
If you are an individual ImpactConnect Hosted PBX service user, please contact your administrator. If you are the administrator, please contact customer support. Go to the portal now.
You can view your call history and active registrations. You can also manage your messages, contacts, and answering rules. Go to the portal now.
Log in and choose the Messages tab. New messages left in your voicemail box will be displayed under New. You can click the play button to listen to the message. Click the phone number to call the party who left the message. When you place your cursor over the message, three functions will be available. Click download to save a .wav file of the voicemail to your device. Click the Save button to move the message to the Saved folder. Click the delete button to move the message to the Trash Folder. Your message folders can be accessed by clicking once on the new dropdown menu.
Answering rules are user-defined rules that govern how calls to your ImpactConnect Hosted PBX service are handled. Visit the Answering Rules tab to create and manage your rules.
