Q: How do I add my Impact Telecom Audio Conferencing account to my WebEx profile?

You can add your Impact Telecom Audio Conferencing account to your WebEx profile by setting up your Audio profile in the Preferences section of My WebEx in your WebEx Meeting Center. Q: How do I schedule a meeting?

Schedule a meeting by logging into your WebEx Meeting Center and expanding the Host a Meeting menu. From there, select Schedule a Meeting and enter your meeting essentials. For more information about scheduling a meeting, check out our helpful User Guide here.

Q: How do I start a meeting?
A:

Start a meeting by clicking the URL you received in the host email message for your meeting. For more information about starting a meeting, check out our helpful User Guide here.

Q: How do I record a meeting?
A:

If your plan supports conference recording, select the Recorder option in the meeting to start or stop recording. For more information about recording a meeting, check out our helpful User Guide here.

Q: How do I send a chat during a meeting?
A:

Q: How do I access my recorded meetings?
A:

If your plan supports conference recording, review your recording meetings in the My Recorded Meetings section of your WebEx Meeting Center. For more information about accessing your recorded meetings, check out our helpful User Guide here.

Q: How can attendees join meetings/How do I join a meeting as an attendee?
A:
